Why can I file for some rewards offers online, and some I cannot?

Some reward offers require additional information or additional validation in order for you to qualify and receive your reward. This is simpler than the days of mailing in your information, you just go online, create a rewards account and submit your information for your rewards offer and we do the rest.

How long will it take before I receive my reward?

Once you have submitted your information online it will go through a validation process, we check your purchase as well as validate your DISH activation date, once all of that checks out you will receive your reward in the mail within 4-6 weeks. Check your mail or look for your status online at this website under "Track Your Status". If you provided us with an email, we will send you an alert once your reward is sent and on the way!

How do I update my Customer Profile?

Changes to your profile, such as correct spelling of your name, street address or phone number must be made through a DISH representative.
